Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with Drive 2 VTC for private sedan transfers with a professional driver.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time. Refunds depend on when your request is received.

Up to 24 hours before pickup
  • 80% refund to the original payment method, or
  • 100% voucher (open-dated credit) valid for a new booking.

“Up to 24h” means the cancellation request is received at least 24h before the scheduled time.

Less than 24 hours before pickup

No refund

Includes same-day cancellations and no-shows at pickup point.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Vouchers are sent by email and can be used for a future ride.

Payment & invoicing

Liability & insurance

All drivers hold a VTC licence and are insured for passenger transport. Drive 2 VTC cannot be held liable for indirect damages (missed flight, missed connection, etc.) unless proven fault.

Privacy & GDPR

Collected data is used solely to manage bookings and invoicing. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion by writing to order@drive2vtc.com.

Complaints & mediation

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Toulouse have jurisdiction.

All about booking with Drive 2 VTC: free waiting, cancellations, payments, child seats, flight delays, etc.

Can I book a ride for another passenger?
Yes. Provide the passenger’s name, phone and pickup details when booking.
How long is waiting free?
20 minutes free (60 minutes at the airport). After that, €0.65 per minute.
What happens if I do not show up?
After 30 minutes (or 60 minutes at the airport) with no contact, the ride is due in full (100%).
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, optional at booking. Please request it in advance.
Sedan or van?
Sedans only. If you exceed capacity, a second vehicle will be dispatched.
What is your cancellation policy?
Up to 24h: 80% refund or 100% voucher. Under 24h: no refund.
Can I change time or address?
Yes subject to availability. Fare adjustments may apply if the change is significant.
What if my flight is delayed?
Flight tracking included. 60 minutes free waiting at the airport, then billed per our rate.
When am I charged?
Pre-authorized at booking, captured after the ride.
How do I get my invoice?
An invoice is emailed after the ride. Duplicates available on request.
I forgot an item in the car — what now?
Contact us quickly. We’ll arrange a return (delays/fees may apply).
What are my responsibilities on board?
Respect the driver and vehicle. Damage/inappropriate behaviour may incur fees. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited.
