Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with Drive2VTC for private sedan transfers with a professional driver.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time. Refunds depend on when your request is received.

Up to 24 hours before pickup
  • 80% refund to the original payment method, or
  • 100% voucher (open-dated credit) valid for a new booking.

“Up to 24h” means the cancellation request is received at least 24h before the scheduled time.

Less than 24 hours before pickup

No refund

Includes same-day cancellations and no-shows at pickup point.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Vouchers are sent by email and can be used for a future ride.

Payment & invoicing

Liability & insurance

All drivers hold a VTC licence and are insured for passenger transport. Drive2VTC cannot be held liable for indirect damages (missed flight, missed connection, etc.) unless proven fault.

Privacy & GDPR

Collected data is used solely to manage bookings and invoicing. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion by writing to order@drive2vtc.com.

Complaints & mediation

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Toulouse have jurisdiction.

Booking & pickup

Can I book a ride for another passenger?
Yes. Provide the passenger’s name, phone and pickup details when booking.
How long is waiting free?
Waiting is free for the first 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
From the 26th minute, it’s billed at €0.65 per minute.
Airport: up to 60 minutes free (flight tracking included).
What happens if I do not show up?
With no news from you after 30 minutes (or 60 minutes at the airport), the ride is considered not completed but due at 100%.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, optional at booking (extra). Please request in advance so the driver can prepare.
Sedan or van?
We operate sedans only. If there are too many passengers, we will dispatch a second vehicle.

Cancellations & changes

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel at any time:
  • Up to 24h before pickup: 80% refund or 100% voucher (open date) for a new booking.
  • Less than 24h: no refund.

Can I change time or address?
Yes, subject to availability. Inform us as early as possible. Fare adjustments may apply if distance or timing changes significantly.

Delays & flight tracking

What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Airport waiting includes up to 60 minutes free. Beyond that, waiting is billed per our current rate.

Payment, receipts & invoices

When am I charged?
Payment is pre-authorized at booking then captured after the ride (or per our internal procedure).
How do I get my invoice?
An invoice is emailed after the ride. Need a duplicate? Write to order@drive2vtc.com.

Luggage, items & onboard rules

I forgot an item in the car — what now?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find and return the item (delays/fees may apply depending on the case).
What are my responsibilities as a customer?
Respect the driver and the vehicle. Any damage or inappropriate behaviour may incur additional fees. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited onboard.
